Come join us at the 61st annual Florida Folk Festival on Memorial Day weekend, 2013 !

NGFDA Fall Festival

 

 

 Mary Z. Cox will be part of the 2013 North Georgia Foothills Dulcimer Association (NGFDA) Fall

Festival as a Faculty Member. The festival will be held at Unicoi State Park Lodge in Helen, Georgia, from November 21^st through 24^th. 

This is a very fun festival and the location is top notch. I'll be performing one evening too.

Dulcimer classes and performance times TBA.

John C. Campbell Folk School

Eager to drop-thumb with the right hand and creep up the neck on the first and second strings like the old-time banjo players? If you already frail and can play a few clawhammer banjo tunes, but would like to strengthen your right- and left-hand technique while learning new tunes, join us for a very hands-on class to stretch your playing. Levels 3 & 4 (Can play 10 or more tunes, perhaps not up to tempo, but you feel very comfortable with the instrument.)
